After qualifying from Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry, Plymouth in 2012, Dayan worked as a general dental practitioner in Cornwall. He joined Gallions Reach as an Associate in September 2016.

In his spare time Dayan plays badminton, avidly supports Arsenal and follows Lewis Hamilton in Formula 1. He also likes to keep abreast of current affairs, especially politics and developments in health and technology.
