Andrew joined the team in 2010 after 20 years in government finance and marketing. He is married to Lisa, Ben’s dental nurse, from whom he first gained his interest in implant dentistry. A member of the Institute of Leadership and Management, Andrew’s business pedigree enables him to bring a highly professional approach to the smooth running of the practice, including our work policies and the all-important business of number crunching. He has been short-listed by the Association of Dental Administrators and Managers (ADAM) for Practice Manager of the Year and is now regional ADAM mentor for London and Kent. Outside work he enjoys windsurfing, playing guitar and, a registered FA/UEFA football coach, he works within the local community coaching junior football.
